Just noticed that PC got new fonts. /facepalm

How do you guys like some of them? I honestly think that some are a bit weird....maybe to exotic? /shot

Idiotic. I wouldn't mind so much if there was a way to disable them.

I think the new fonts are great, it gets kinda repetitive with the same old selection, nice to spice it up abit!
Some of them are nice and all, but others not so much :<

The font that you're using is a bit annoying tho. :x No offense.

Probably my favorite of the new fonts is this one.

*realises I haven't seen anyone using the new fonts....consequently realise i only use about 4 of the forum sections on the site.

Anyway, do you ever hear someone say something you 1000% agree with? it happens very rarely for me but i have found one.
Spoiler:

EDIT - Of course I'd get ninja'd by somebody using a new font.

lmao.

Where do you find silly images like these? :o

So, not to bring on a morbid topic, but another kid in my school has been murdered. Didn't really know the kid, but I still felt sad nonetheless. Maybe my parents will finally understand that we don't live in a good neighborhood anymore :x

Heck yes, they can be disabled (though it also disables all other formatting). It's on the options page under User CP.

Japan.

Horrible. I think they must know that even before that happened.

I live in an ok city now but i've lived in some rough areas, it's not nice.

I mean my neighborhood was one of the best in Chicago up until 6 years ago, that's when gangs started moving in, people started going off on shoot sprees and when people were getting beat up due to gang violence.

Gangs in my city aren't that intimidating, i mean they look like this.
Spoiler:
lol. That looks pretty friendly! :0 /shot

Well this is a major gang in my area, guess what they're called, seeing as some people have probably heard of them:
Spoiler:

That's just scary. I don't even feel safe where I live- KIDS AS YOUNG AS I AM CARRY AROUND HANDGUNS.

Don't you live in kind of a large "hick" town where owning a gun is viewed as a necessity?

I've heard of them, Char. I think they might be a problem in some areas here in the Twin Cities. Though it's my understanding that Hmong gangs are a bigger problem than more "traditional" Latin or black gangs.

They're quite a big problem down here, they've been recruiting a lot of kids in my high school. I used to be close with people who were in it in Jr. high but when they offered me to join I kind of backed away from that idea thankfully. Knowing that 3 months after that, three of those kids were arrested for shooting up a store. :/

latin kings, don't they have like 30k members overall?

World wide they're about 200k but in the U.S alone there's 100k.

Asian gangs used to be pretty big before I was born, but to my knowledge the Latin Kings, Bloods and Crips, literally shot them all down until they fled or they died :/

No, not really. Seeing as the population of the city I live in is less than 50K (in Canada, to boot,) I wouldn't think a gun is a "necessity."
Well, come down here and meet my neighbor with a 7 year old kid who knows how to load an Ak-47. (Mainly because his dad was in the military tho)

I wasn't saying from your vantage point. I was just saying that it's viewed as a "necessity" in the redneck/hick sense, since it was my understanding that the majority of rural western Canadian towns have similar views on guns when compared to the majority of rural western American towns.

All I need to defend myself is knowledge of not going down certain streets at certain times or not randomly starting fights with groups of chavs. I think I've been in 1 fist fight in my life so I probably wouldn't do too well in some cities.

I got into a fight during Spring break while at a teen club downtown with some 21 year old. I've been in my fair share of fights, but none in the last 2 years, except for that one.

Well, you live in New York City, last I checked. The situation there differs from the one in the Midwest, which in turn differs from the one in California, and so on. I know for a fact that there are still prominent Asian gangs in California; as for Hmong gangsters running things in the Midwest, I'll have to take Donny's word on that one.
