When I was little, the DBZ characters used to freak me out, so I didn't watch it. Now, the art quality isn't that good and the way they are drawn isn't good either, so I can't really get into it :/

Well do have to remember that DBZ is an old anime relatively... as for the way they are drawn, it's more like a different style different from usual moeblob approach =P I don't mind the quality or anything but like others said before me, it has too much random fighting and rather formulaic approach now... Goku+friends confront an evil. Said evil is freakin' strong. Need powerup, which they find somehow and it just works. Beat said evil. Oh noes, even GREATER evil with moreeee power! Add in some dragonball revival here and there.

I watched it up to Frieza arc as I liked up to there but stopped somewhere in zell.

The only show I ever liked from Nickelodeon was Avatar. >_<

Dragon Ball just didn't interest me as a kid. I'm probably going to try reading it sometime though. I'm not a fan of it's character design though, I guess it's same with most of One Piece as well but i've still been enjoying that recently.

Hey Arnold now that's some nostalgia right there, loved that. I liked surprisingly few cartoons, I much preferred nature documentaries. Funny how it's the opposite now. :D

Let's go back to the shows I used to watch... Hey Arnold, Catdog, Ren and Stimpy, Invader Zim, Pokemon, Some Naruto until we lost CN, Ed, Edd and Eddie (lawl) and some other shows.

Winnie the Pooh anyone? ;w; The older kinds though, of course.

Other shows I used to watch were Hey Arnold, Catdog, Pokémon, Ed Edd and Eddie, Powerpuff Girls...XD; Tom and Jerry, and a couple of others I might be missing.

Alright!

That was my childhood right there, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, Doug, DBZ, Pokemon, Digimon, etc, etc. *remembers fondly*

Now we're talking. I was a Nick kid and not much of a Fox kid so I can't talk much about all the Marvel adaptations and whatnot that Fox Kids had back in the day, but if it was on Nick, I watched it (except Rocko's Modern Life, which my parents forbade me from watching for some reason.)

I never really had the access to a TV when I was a kid, so I don't remember any cartoons really.

Other than The Simpsons. The Simpsons was a cool show. And Futurama.

And South Park.

I never had cable for the longest time, so I had to stick to broadcast TV and that was good enough for me. I grew up on KidsWB and Fox Kids and pretty much loved them both. Though I find it amusing I'm still watching new seasons of Digimon and Pokemon.

Haha, what's wrong with that?

I understood The Simpsons mostly. South Park went a bit over my head for a while though. x)
