New members could end up not understanding the thread's purpose. I remember first time I came across it I was clueless because of the name.

That's a good point...although the current name, at the least, provides a clear understanding of what happens here...then again, new members should be reading the beginning of threads to see what's going on inside it anyway, but we know that doesn't always happen either. XD

It should be pretty easy for someone to just look at a few pages of posts to see what's going on, I think.

Daily Chit-Chatot. I forgot how misleading such a name could be?

I think you need to lighten up a bit. If I'm clueless about what a thread's name means, I'm inclined to hover over the title to read a snippet of the first post. That'll normally solve the problem. And even then, it doesn't take too long for curiousity to make someone click on the thread to see what's going on.

And honestly, take the current thread title, or Da Classy Chat (remember that, Amachi?), or even I hope .Sublime likes his new username [DCC]. It's not too hard to figure it out. And even with the incredibly misleading names, you have the [DCC] at the end to solve the problem.

I agree with Volkner's Apprentice. I mean, they can just read the first post.

But yeah, I don't think they should give names and just put [DCC] after it or something but the title "The Daily Chit-Chatot" is fine ;3 Well, for me at least..

Some people might not know what DCC stands for ;3

Internets is serious business.

According to the last page of this thread, you're the only person who thinks such a thought. But whatever, think what you want.

I haven't seen it (or heard of it, at least..I don't think I have), what's it about? How old is it?

Movies I have to see soon..
  • I Love You, Man
  • The Fast and Furious
  • X-Men Origins: Wolverine
  • Oh Brother Where Art Thou

It's fairly old. It's based on Homer's Odyssey, but without monsters and in a different time period xD
I recommend it though,

I know it might seem girly, but my mom got me into watching Gilmore Girls a couple years ago. The show has been over for awhile, but I found it hilarious. The one thing I loved about it was how they'd sit down and just watch old or random movies, movies that weren't popular, movies that had unique plots and actors, etc.

I want to do that one day with some friends, just watch random movies and comment on them/act them out XD

Anyway, haha, Odyssey? I loved the Odyssey when we read it. But the monsters were the fun part ;_; Nevertheless, I'll look into it.

The police probably think she's a retard now.

I was at McDonald's the other day, and this woman told the manager to get her a straw (mind you they were right behind her. maybe only a few steps away) or she'll leave without paying for her food. I had to wait atleast ten minutes in line. It got boring...

How in the world did this thread get to the ninth page when I found it..? Hmmm.... lowering activities?

I once told a worker at Burger King to wash his hands after he sneezed. He then washed his hands. XD

Win. Well, some do anything to keep customers satisfied. (not that washing his hands was something extreme, but)

OOH i have a story to tell. At burger king one time this crazy lady cam in with a moomoo type thing and ordered a bunch of food. She was what 70 late 80s? So she almost started scarfing the food down when all the sudden she starts screaming where am I?! Then she stops and looks at her food. Then she looks dazed again and starts touching herself. Short story she wen through all these crazy things for a half an hour or so until things got really weird and I had to go running to the other side of the burger king(it was a really cool one where they had like the counter and the kitchen sort of in the middle and the back side for the kids and all but i was like 12 but loved it back there) and tell them to call 911 cause the lady start scarfing down all that food so fast she was choking. Oddly enough that was my last trip to burger king. And the burger king is no more as it is now a commernce bank. *sobs*

That was... really weird.

My friend told me they had tried to set a record yesternight (I like the word yesternight). They went to McDonalds 10 minutes before they were closing and ordered 90 burgers... I think they got all of them made, but sadly enough they didn't break a record. The record is on 150 burgers XD Kinda ebil to order 90 of them 10 minutes before closing though..

Fun fact: in the UK customers have a legal right to inspect the kitchen of any restaurant on request.

Well, some do anything to keep customers satisfied.
Customer service fulfills a large portion of their job. In short, they have to.

I'd assume she had Alzheimer's.
