Ah, but California's beaches aren't as white as Florida's now are they?

Plus, earthquakes take all the appeal out of Cali.
Hurricanes are the cool natural disasters. xD
 
Florida is nice, but I haven't been to California in a while. Florida does have nice beaches however.

I'm stuck in Georgia, however.

I have never been affected by an earthquake in my entire 16 years here.
 
The thing I don't like about Florida is that they have to endure many hurricanes over the hurricane season.

I still love it either way. :3
 
Actually, hurricanes have been hitting more around Florida the past two years. I think we had a couple hit in South Florida, but that's about it. The last big one we had in my area was Dennis.

Now with 10% more !?

Hurricane season is fun, don't let anyone tell you otherwise (b'-')b
You get days off of school, things get discounted, and it's always fun to go out the day before the storm to see everyone scrambling for gas and shopping like crazy for flashlights and random stuff. Where I am, we usually never get hit, but the hype keeps us going.

It only sucks when you do get hit. The actually 'getting hit' part isn't that bad...it's the wake of the hurricane that sucks...lots of tornadoes popping out of nowhere, scariest stuff ever.

I played poker on my back porch during Ivan.
We lost two decks of cards though xD

I just thought this was a really cool pet thing...I've got extra space in my signature, why not? It's the newest crazy anyway, you're not cool for not having one!

I thought the newest craze was FlameJuli's Pokepets?
Even though I abandoned my Teddiursa Pokepet due to it not looking good in my current sig. xD
 
Yeah....those are really neat, but it wouldn't fix in my signature x.o
And they don't have Quagsire or Breloom ;-;
My pet evolves at level 100, so it's pretty close. Just...30 more daily clicks?

It's not racism, it's regionalism. I hate when people misuse that term.

Speaking of earthquakes, I was only a couple of months old when the Loma Prieta earthquake struck. Naturally, I don't remember it at all.
 
My parents were visiting San Francisco when a big earthquake hit...I think it was one of the ones in the early 90's =O

San Francisco? Must have been the Loma Prieta quake in 1989, then. As far as I know, most of the other major earthquakes in California since then have happened in the southern part of the state.
