I haven't played Pokemon properly for ages... I got bored of Diamond awhile back.
I might play Platinum though, which would make it the first 4th gen game I've actually played in English.

...the only Pokemon games I've never played are the GCN games, PBR, and Trozei. :| Well, not counting the opposite games. (ie: I have Diamond so I haven't played Pearl, I have MD2: Darkness instead of Time, etc.) I'd like to get all the other ones but... I refuse to buy the GCN games & PBR for anything more than $15 because all I hear is how much they suck. As for Trozei, I can't ever find it for less than $40 which is way too much for a puzzle game. o_O;

I've played all the Pokemon games on the portable systems but the only game I've played on a home console is Pokemon Battle Revolution.

It sucked btw.

I've played them all except the weird ones like Pinball and stuff. XD;

Aww, but Pinball is so much fun. XD I finally found the GBA version after years of looking last summer. I spent SO much time playing it over my summer term; I was so addicted, haha.

I love Gold/Silver/Crystal. <3

Johto for the epic win. :3

It's clearly everyone's favourite gen, and they had better make a remake of it. :(

I've played a fair few Pokemon games, although many well after their time. XD

Started out with Silver when it came out - started me off on the whole Pokemon addiction and probably still is my favourite game, really. Everything just seemed to work well together, really, and the music was win. Later on got myself Crystal, and find myself a supporter of remakes of them. XD

A fair bit after their releases, I've played Sapphire and Emerald, which I liked a fair bit as well, although not as much as GSC (and was annoyed by the unavoidable lack of compadibility between them and GSC), then had a go a Yellow for curiosity's sake - neat game, I suppose. Then LeafGreen... it was ok although Sevii Islands wore off after a short while.

And then I played Colosseum and XD (first and non-handheld Pokemon games thus far) which I found to be quite fun. They are not as well regarded as the handhelds generally, and not as fun and with flaws, obviously, but I liked them nonetheless even with them - Colo's protagonist ownd for instance, the story although with plot-holes was good (pity it had those plot-holes) - a somewhat 'darker' Pokemon game was an interesting change. Plus they had the awesome Miror B and his music. -_-

And then I got Diamond when it came out which I quite liked tbh - and after many years, still addictive as ever. =D

Well, I'd agree with you on that - played that last summer holidays too (amongst other games) and also found it fun. XD

That was my favourite generation too but I have no idea if I'm just blinded by nostaliga or not. :[
No, they are the best ones. Everything about that generation just worked perfectly.

I liked Pinball on the GBC. Didn't really care for it on the GBA.

Of the spinoffs I've played (not too many), Snap is the best. I love it even as not a spinoff. It's just a lot of fun.

G/S/C for the win.

I remember I named my Cyndaquil 'Ass' and I beat all my friend's Pokemon with my unevolved Cyndaquil. I saw thats epic. :P

;_; Why?
Why must you ruin Digimon for me???
;_;

Why do you guyz hate Frontier so much? T_T
*bashed and shot to death*
LOL I just downloaded Digimon mp3's on my MP3. XDDD

Anywayz...I pre-ordered Platinum. Haven't played much Diamond recently. But my sister keeps on getting me to play her Battonage to finish off the bosses for her. Lazy sis
