Lost I kind of gave up on, it just got less interesting to me. I just saw my first episode of Fringe? Loved itttttt.
Oh, I absolutely love Fringe as well, Volkner. I like anything involving by JJ Abrams, actually. Hence my love of Lost as well, XD.
Ignoring TV for a moment though, I have a question. The states of Indiana and Arizona do not practice Daylight Savings Time in the United States. So does that mean when we set our clocks back, if you traveled to Arizona you'd be an hour behind (or ahead, depending on which way they stay)?
Add the Canadian province of Alberta to that list, XD.
I believe it has to do with time zone issues, actually. Indiana, Arizona, and Alberta all lie on time zone boundaries, and these places each border another, larger region which, after it goes DST, will be using the same time. These are Illinois, California, and British Columbia, respectively.
In Indiana's case, there is actually a chunk in the northwest that actually does go DST, because it is the only part of the state in the Central Time Zone. Thus, both Illinois and Indiana would be using the same time, which makes sense, really. Chicago is one of the few big cities that are fairly close to a time zone boundary, as those things are usually designed to stay away from populated areas. For obvious reasons, XD.
So to answer your question, you'd just have to wait until you hit New Mexico before you'd switch your clock ahead for Mountain Time, Volkner. :P
