Snails arent that bad. Especially ones in the garden. *Drool*

Nah, the ones from France are kinda nice. :D.

You people are crazy.... each and every one of you.... I'll take a burger and fries over snails any day of the week. XD

Meh, so will I, but I'll eat them all the same.

...Triffy, that image made me nearly lose my lunch. And it's 7:40 AM, so lunch is 4-5 hours away. That's how disgusting it is. That does NOT look like parsley. XD

And snails? You should be eating slugs, snails are the good guys. D;

Omg, Triffy, if you're trying to convert someone to eat a certain food, don't show a disgusting image. x_X; Lmfao I'm trying escargot for the first time sometime soon (mom realized I haven't tried it and is now gonna convince me to *shrug*) so don't show pictures that look like it was dunked in wasabi or something. wtf that is so not parsley. XD;

Just the thought of biting into a snail makes me want to throw up. ;o;

I don't understand why. o_o; I imagine the texture isn't much different from a lot of seafood and it's not like they're just picking them up off a forest trail to prepare them. 8|

... It's bad enough that we accidentally step on them from time to time but to eat them?

It could be Lenny, your neighbourhood snail that's survived many footfalls from day to day! I couldn't possibly...

You're so cruel! ;o; That snail has to survive getting stepped on every day of it's life, and now you just want to eat it!

Actually I've tried snails before and they aren't bad. They're a little tough, but they really just taste like butter and garlic. I didn't care for them much, but at least I didn't feel like throwing up after. :/

Well, there's not much 'surviving' getting stepped on for a snail. Once will do it.

It is. It's just melted garlic butter and parsley. It only looks disgusting because you haven't had it. I look and go "yum" XD

Exactly. Which is why my family often serves it with sea food dishes. It's like a tougher...clam, mussel, thing.

It's not the same tiny snail that's in your garden.

You're welcome. XD

:( Lol well I've never had parsley in any form but the actual leaf or like... idk shavings of it so that just looks utterly disgusting to me.

Ugh, I doubt I'd ever eat a snail. Frogs' legs are much tastier.

As for parsley, I doubt I'd ever like it. A friend and I went to this Vietnamese sandwich shop, and we each got a sub with parsley in it. My friend told me he thought it was the best part, whereas I was sitting there picking it out and tossing it into the garbage. XDDD

And eating aside, I work in the produce department of a supermarket, so I have to deal with the stuff almost daily. It can get so annoying picking through it for dried out and/or yellow leaves. Then there is the fact that I have to wash their trays every night, because the parsley apparently gets dirt and leaves onto everything. XD
