Then your cities gay men are lucky because every place I have lived has treated lesbians like gods and gay guys like literal scum. :|
Obviously, stupid men would love lesbians and hate gays. I'm not gonna explain the reasons but the real men who actually think can see that everyone is a human being and deserve to be treated the same, no matter who they love.

Amen to that.

Stupid men unfortunately are the majority of the male human population. >:

Doesnt the Bible and such say homosexuality is wrong?
Why is this?

No one knows, why does the Bible say eating shell-fish is a sin? Don't know. Also, yes, it really does say that. Just two pages before saying homosexuality is a sin.

And to anyone who gives the explanation that it goes against nature, if that were true it wouldn't happen in every species on Earth that has sex. And after knowing that and you say "Well it's a choice" then you're more retarded than previously thought because Humans are the only animals that can choose.

People who say homosexuality is wrong piss me off.

If you live a perfectly good life, never stealing never did anything bad and, as a man, you choose to love another man. Does that mean you still have to go to hell? That makes no sense. D=

Same. Is up to the people what their lifestyle is and we have to accept that.

Well seeing as quite a few people believe that the Bible is actually God's words... well that in itself is pretty illogical...

It's the same thing for wizardry and witches... Then again, the only reason why women were burned at the stake in the past, was a combination of not going to church services (or just plain not believing), as well as making herbal-like remedies to help the sick. Among other things, that's why arguments against Harry Potter are flawed.

The city I live near is actually considered a hot spot for gays- each August we have Pride here. My actual area is a town a few miles away. But at my old school, if I'd told people that I was curious, then I would have been ridiculed. Even my friends would have been slightly funny with me. ._.;

It's kinda sad. I was reading this article about how this 11 year old girl died with an easily treatable disease, because her parents prayed for her. Thankfully, they were charged with murder. Found the article, from faux news.

It's even worse when churches try to "pray the gay away." I must say, weren't we made in his image?

Yeah
I'm a christian and I have no problem with gay people. The bible itself says that we have to treat and love everyone how you wish to be treated yourself, in other words, equality.
This is why I am not religious. The Bible (and other religious books) preach about equality then go right around and say "If you're not ___ and ___ and ___ you're going to hell."

Also, there are two things that I think are possible.

1. God exists but he is a complete arse and ignores the world entirety in which case he shouldn't be worshiped.
2. He doesn't exist.

Fail about the praying win about murder.

There are plenty of cases like that. I believe it is an instilled mormon belief(?), or Latter day saints of Jesus Christ or Jehovah's witnesses, I can't remember. Anyway in some cases child's services has been forced to take the children away from their parents.

I know in the bible it preaches not to be afraid of death (that we'll be up in heaven anyway), but I don't know if it says anything [wrong] about prolonging life. Sure one should not be afraid, but it can still be enlightening, and good to experience life. I'd think...

^ This. I am a Christian myself and I don't think of anyone differently for being black, white, gay, straight, Asian, or whatever... I try my best to treat everyone equal and be as kind as I can (though that is sometimes easier said than done).

Some people tried to interpret God's words and write The Bible. That's what is meant by "God's words". But sometimes people just misinterpret things, such as saying that marriage is between a man and a woman. That doesn't mean it's not okay to be gay, it's just that that's God's definition of marriage. also, things are distorted over time and by translating...

Actually, there should be a third option. That a god exists, but none of the current religions have an accurate grasp on his nature. And not all religions show equality. Women in Saudi Arabia are forced to wear tents. If they don't, they are basically saying they want to get raped. Fundamentalist Islam anyways, most Muslims I know don't enforce such barbaric beliefs. That being said, I don't care if a person believes in a god(s), but when you deny so much science just to latch on to your beliefs(6,000 year old universe, giant flood depositing the sediments in an impossible method, etc.)then I have a problem.

Probably one of the bigger ones is mistranslation. But I'd think it to be Revelations to be the most messed up portion. Did you know that they've also purposely left out books from the bible?

But my one big thing is Fate, Heaven and Hell. I don't believe in any of these whatsoever.

See, I don't see myself as religious, but I do believe that everything happens for a reason, and that what goes around, will come around.

That is right. Some people think they shouldn't use medicine on their child. They are misguided. Not to mention it's the seventh ammendment not to kill, it is also the only unforgivable sin to commit suicide. Which is what I consider it if you are refusing treatment. People take "God will keep you safe" way too literally. He acts through other things, doctors and medicine being one of those things. He's not going to directly confront anyone, at least not after what happened with Adam and Eve...

Not to mention Luke, a writer of one the books of The Bible, was a doctor himself...

I have no problem with who people love. Be that men or women. What I do hate is that sometimes some gay or lesbian people believe they need to have special treatment because they are "minority." Or the fact that many gays, bisexuals, or lesbians (that I know, anyways) tend to stick to only gay and lesbian friends and seem unwilling to make heterosexual friends. I don't give a crap who the minority is. I don't give a crap who everyone else wants to love. Honestly, why should I? It's their choice.
I hate when teenagers, especially in highschool, go through that whole "I'm bixsexual" fad just because it'll give them attention and the fact that the "stupid men" like mentioned before, would find it more attractive.

So yeah, be gay. I don't care. Just don't parade it in your BDSM outfits with your damn ball-gags and leather leashes like those grown men do downtown on Jarvis street.
Sexuality shouldn't be a popularity contest.

Forgot about Islam, sue me. D:<
