Camping is fun; I used to do it more often when I was like 14 or 15; me and friends would just..wander. We had plenty of scrub and bushland locally and plenty of hills and stuff to explore. We'd go out on Friday afternoon after school and come back in time for Sunday Roast; dirty, smelly and achy; but not a single regret.

I don't do it so much anymore; I'm not as rough-and-tumble as I used to; but sleeping under the stars in a sleeping bag? Best fun ever~

My friends and I would go to the local elementary school and camp in the playground for the lawls. X3 Great times~

If video games have shown you anything, it's that you shoot as much ducks as you can. If you fail to do so, then your hunting dog will snicker at you.

That reminds me. I know someone who was in a car accident. His pinky went straight through the water bottle he was holding, and he got a tiny cast on his pinky.

I quite enjoy camping, if I'm not too far from nice facilities. That's the reason me and my cousin always camp in the back garden here - all the fun of camping, but home comforts nearby. xD

Though that's a four-man tent. I've been camping in a two-man tent with my best friend, and she sleeps in the fetal position, in the middle of the tent. Then the second morning I woke up and she had her arm around me. >w<

Should be better with my boyfriend. xD

The fetal position is an instinctive position. At least I think so. Because of course, it reminds *us* of being in the womb.

xD Aww, I was hoping it wasn't your summer you were missing. I guess that's the only good thing about it. Silver lining, shall we say?
 
I think I first went camping with my parents in Nottingham and Donington (the latter for bike races).

Then I went camping with my class in Year 4, age 8-9. We went to a place called Carey Camp which was sort of an activity centre. One of the girls in our tent slept with her eyes open - that was weird.
 
I want to go camping, but I might go to Costa Rica with my Spanish Class xD

well, i woudl have gone camping before, with my class, but it was in grade 3, and we were gon to camp in the middle of this zoo x3

but, i was terribly sick, almost in a dieing state, so i could not go. They still talk about that trip today T_T
