Hey everybody! I have a 16GB first gen Touch (which I got for the price of an 8GB).. and of course two weeks after I got it, the 2nd Gen came out D:

Exactly, and a computer won't be available if you have a great idea for a book or something and need to jot down some notes.

But if you're just doing something personal like that, you're probably fine no matter how you write because I only know a handful of people whose messy writing is unreadable even by them. XD;

Quite right actually - I still revel on good handwriting though, it's just a me thing. XD

I remember we actually had an exam that tested us on our handwriting back in middle school. o_o; I was really annoyed when I didn't get the highest in my class, especially as I'd made sure to do that cursive thing they were always banging on about.

My handwriting isnt special, but its legible, at least for boys writing. If you can read it without strainging your eyes, then its okay. :]

I tried to learn calligraphy, but .. it didn't work.
It just looked all splotchy.

No offense, but you should write in cursive, or at least not like...THAT.
I shudder whenever I see writing like that.
