But, you know, craigslist; myspace, and facebook are only simpler ways to find and stalk you. If someone wants to rape and kill you, they can see you in walmart and start stalking you then.

This is why its a good idea to get a gun license, and the only perk to being fugly. Unless he's just one serious sick b******.

It is still pretty creepy. Unless you know them personally, you can never trust them. I was reading wired, and these people kept getting a supposed beautiful french place with a balcony that has a gorgeous view, but a french couple was already living there >__>

If you want disturbing stuff though, there was this man trampled to death in a Wal Mart store. It was just heart breaking, especially since he had a family.

There have been several instances where people have used CL to find victims in murder cases. Some are sensationalized by the media.

We had two cases in Minnesota I think... but the famous one was in MA I believe. Harvard Med student or something killed prostitutes.

Craigslist is... kind of like the online version of your newspaper's classified ads. You can post your interest in buying something, selling something, in relationships, etc. Like eBay but more versatile. Most large cities have their own section on CL.

I don't think CL is big here either. But my aunt has bought stuff off of Kijiji before

I think my parents sold their old car on either CL or Kijiji when they got their new one this year. :/

I've never heard of "Kijiji". But CL is really big in the Indianapolis area, which is about 40 minutes north of me. Lots of people use it in the surrounding areas.
