Heck, I can't force myself to sleep, so I just stay online till my body's ready to bite the dust. Ironically, that occurs about 5-6AM.

Just sayin'. Constitution=foundation of America's freedoms. It's supposed to be rights that are their to stay, and that's the very point of it. To establish infacultative rights, not something the government can just modify. :/

If that were so, then a president could still serve more than 2 terms.
The only exception was FDR(who was pure awesome), and that was because of the great depression.

If the majority wants a president for that long, I say go for it. It's not for the government to decide. :/

But they made a limit to prevent the president from gaining too much power.
U.S.A is a democratic republic, not a monarchy, which strangely enough, is what we ran away from.

You call it a monarchy when presidents are being elected?
No, just longer, consentual shifts. Actually, the government has more power when you put it on a 2-term limit. Because you're allowing them to decide how long a president stays in office. The decision should never be in the government's hands. 100% it should be the people who elect the president.

No matter what you do, you will never in your life see a true democracy. Athens is the closest thing you will see to that.
FYI, sometimes only electives should be allowed to make decisions; there are actual people that believe that gay people shouldn't marry because they are controlled by the devil. Seriously. The normal population is politically stupid.

*Rolls eyes* Everyone says that. If you think you're surprising anyone by calling the world stupid...well, you're not. :/

The point is to get the smart people out of that group to vote. No single man in the world has the authority to judge and decide who is smart enough to vote and who is not. Sorry. :/
And the government is too much of a profit-driven minority of opinion to run the whole thing for us.
