Yes, I trust Amazon - eBay is scary though. I've heard of people selling themselves on there :o
 
eBay is okay too as long as you deal with the guys that are famous for being reliable. They have somewhat of a rep system, I think.
The only thing you should watch out for is Craigslist. They actually have $1 cars.

I think I heard this story on Kotaku about this guy who sold a PS3 with Rock Band and a (legal) girl inside it :/

That's embarrassing, someone watched hotel for dogs?

Anyways just beat Bugsy. His Scyther's U-turn just decimated most of my team but luckily I poisoned it right off the bat (chikorita/venonat <3) and finished it off later with mareep.
 
I don't think even Bugsy knows what gender he/she is.
 
Whose wise idea was it to make Bugsy male anyway? And the Battle Tower leader in Emerald...the makers of Pokemon have a thing for gender-benders or something. @_@;

Now that I look at it, it actually didn't make sense how Pokemon Red didn't have an ambiguously gendered person. This IS Japan after all.
