If you're stealthy enough you can do it with only about $30. It's still pretty hard to pull off though.

Depends on how expensive the taxis are in the city. All you have to do is someone to drop you off at the airport and sneak on the plane. It's entirely possible. More money is preferred for food so you can do extensive stalking, but $30 is the bare minimum.

Sneaking onto a plane nowadays with be quite a hard feat to accomplish.

Much more likely to succeed, though the risks are greater. If you're found by a sailor who happens to be even a little evil, he can turn you into shark bait and no one will ever know.

Thankfully all sailors are gay, as shown by the Village People. CLEARLY.
Along with firefighters, cops, native americans, and construction workers of course.
