Not to mention that everytime I turn it on it's always preaching something kids don't care about.

A few weeks ago I turned it on. First thing I heard was, and I quote, "DON'T FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS!"

And it gets worse when watching it in Japanese with the volume ON.
Meowth and Jessie make my nightmares bleed.
 
Bug Arceus only survives because of Arceus' huge base stats.

And sure, Scyther and Scizor are decent, but Charizard or Fire Fang Salamence spell their doom, generally.

As for the Pokemon anime, it was better from Hoenn back. The recent movies are still pretty good, though.

Some of the only ways it could improve will never happen.

#1: boob and cleavage references (or shown)
#2: images of 'pantsu' (tent effect?)
#3: touching...
#4: pokes at 'relationship' stuff (I see you, Ash)
#5: more violence in fights (Pokemon blood and flying Bidoof bits)

But it wouldn't be for kids. But more teenagers are into Pokemon it seems.
 
Naw, Ash should grab a Magikarp and use Pikachu to fry it to a skeleton with Thunder, and then hit what's left with a grenade launcher(one that shoots poké-ball shaped grenades).

Digimon > Pokemon

At least anime-wise, IMO.

Also, the Digimon Masters MMO is fairly awesome. For a few weeks, in my mind, it totally beat out any Pokemon game ever. >_> I love me some Pokemon games, though.

As for the Pokemon anime, it would be highly more awesome if it the characters just had more depth, and the battles didn't seem like the same things over and over.

Stop contradicting your earlier statement that all bug Pokemon suck.
 
Arceus is TECHNICALLY not a Bug Pokemon. It just gains their strengths, weaknesses, and STABs. EVERY Bug type takes heavy damage or falls when faced with Fire.

I love the Pokemon Anime this season. I've been watching every episode [because I have it DVR'd 8D]

Don't get me wrong, I love me some Digimon too gurls. I wish it was as popular as Pokemon. :[

But, you guys, the Pokemon Anime isn't as bad as people make it out to be >3>;

No, technically it is a bug pokemon, with the plate. :]

Every Ice and Grass type also takes heavy damage. Do they all fail too?
Every Dragon type takes heavy damage from Dragon and Ice types. Do they all fail too?

Your logic is flawed, because by it, every type fails. :[

What on earth? Those are the dumbest ideas ever. They actually seem more childish than the show in it's current state. Besides, such changes would change what Pokemon actually is about.

And heck, I don't even like the anime, but it's pretty obvious that the show is all about friendship. You just want more ~relationship~ stuff so you can have more fapping material, amirite?

I hate that it wasn't released in english earlier.. Digimon Masters is far better. D;


& really.. the Pokemon anime isn't the worst thing ever, and I do like it some of it, just wish it were bit more like the manga. >w>
