SS > HG imo.

I just prefer darker, bluer colors to the bright, warm ones. ;P
 
SS > HG Box cover-wise, plus I don't like how Ho-oh goes slow on the Start screen. I know that's how it was in Gold, much like Lugia going fast underwater was the same in Silver, but still.

However, for the animation where level 45!Ho-oh or level 45!Lugia appears, HG takes the cake for best animation.

Um, I dunno, I just like Ho-Oh's tower and it makes me like Gold, although... Ho-Oh's tower > Lugia's cave in Gold, but in HG, Lugia's cave > Ho-Oh's tower. D:

Just um, Gold/HG seems to be more popular.
 
I still think Lugia should be a Water/Flying type. /just saying, it fits so well

Lugia's cave is definitely prettier. Oh, and I like how when the Kimono Girls do their dance ritual thing, leaves fall for Ho-oh's ritual. Forgot what it was for Lugia's ritual (even though I played and got through that part twice, once in my imported SS and once in my English SS), so that says something.

The leaves are so pretty, omg. The path to the Bell Tower is pretty too.

What, I thought Lugia WAS water/flying.

Also... on PC HG is more popular kay. ;; I think. I dunno. Most people I know of prefer HG, then again I'm probably only judging that on two people that I can think of atm. XD;
 
I didn't pre-order :D

Though the lady did put a copy away for me, but that doesn't count.
 
I pre-ordered HG in NY, and SS in MD.

But I didn't pre-order my imported SS.

And Lugia's Psychic/Flying. It really does seem to be Water/Flying, though :/ /keeps forgetting and then figuring it out everytime the Net Balls fail to do much

That's it, I refuse to play Pokemon until this issue is fixed- or until I want another Chansey. :(

I still remember catching a level 60 Lugia with full health with a Poke Ball in my Crystal long before it reset itself.

Pure luck there.
 
My Crystal internal battery still works, but Gold doesn't. It's sad.

I caught a Chansey with one great ball and it had a lucky egg and there were no swams. [/greatest achievement evar] All Chansey's after that were hard to catch.
 
You can buy batteries online and solder them in.. It's pretty easy to do.. just the only problem is the shipping on the batteries cost like $14 because they're considered "dangerous goods" but the battery itself is only like.. 80 cents..
 
But, what about those who only buy HG or SS? And who are kinda lacking money in general to just spend. Kinda like me. :D

Don: True that.. but at that point a game shouldn't really be the central point of your life when you have other responsibilities.. and therefore not seem like a necessity.


Edit: Also.. Cars > Games.. by a long shot.
