Actually, the (Definately not fictional and totally unbiased) scientific research people found that Umbreon was 23.89% more likeable than all of the other Eeveelutions put together.
 
Pfft. Too much time on there hands, if you ask me. :P Eevee wins, hands down. o3o

D:< THIS IS AN INJUSTICE! ESPEON IS WAY MORE AWESOME THAN UMBREON!

Though it is pretty cool in it's own right (I'd say it's in my Top 30 favorites).

Just for the record, I like Espeon as well. I actually had an Espeon before I had an Umbreon O:

I have a lot of Pokemon I can think of that I like more, be it because of its type, it has a really awesome card in the TCG, it has served me well in battles, it is awesome in theory based on its Pokedex entries, it just plain looks awesome, or some combination of those. I also try to keep Legendary Pokemon out of my faves, no matter whether they'd normally make it in or not.

As it stands, my all-time favorite is Alakazam, followed by Espeon, Jolteon, Raichu, Xatu, Ampharos, Nidoking, Blastoise, Nidoqueen, and Dragonite for my top 10.
 
I have so many of the Pokémon you've listed as my own favourites it's quite unnerving. But yes, Alakazam and Dragonite are epic.

I also try to keep legendaries out of my faves and out of my teams in-game. Catch them for my pokédex but not for battle really as catching an already powerful Pokémon and killing everything with it doesn't give me the same satisfaction as killing stuff with a Pokémon i've trained up myself.
 
There are so many awesome Pokemon...but Caterpie beats them all.
