I could go into a lengthy essay as to why Leaf is awesome, about how I only drink energy shots immediately before major exams, my preference for Mountain Dew over coffee, my odd sleep patterns, and my secret desire to fight evil alongside Pretty Cure, but I figured I'd save everyone the time reading it and save myself the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome, Which I almost suffered several times last spring because of a professor who assigned insane amounts of homework. This guy was quite a trip, he was like 70 years old, couldn't speak English, and he had this ugly comb-over. Oh, and his mumbling was barely audible and his writing was chicken scratch.

Now, as much as I go on about Quality Inns, I understand that not all of them are created equal. The one in Rock Hill, SC is among the worst, with ugly wall patching, disgusting tubs that don't drain, old beds, ancient air conditioning units, and a really dark sketchy vending/ice machine area. Which is unfortunate because Rock Hill itself is a nice town where I lived for nine months. It has just about everything I needed as a college student without being too big.

However, the Best Buy there needs help with their computer repair center. When I came to pick my laptop up after repair, they first couldn't find it, then they couldn't find the AC wall adapter for it. It took three hours in that store for something that should have taken 15 minutes. On the topic of my laptop, I would like to get a newer one because mine is horribly outdated with a tiny hard drive, but I can't because my stupid college increased tuition by $700. Speaking of which, I move back into my dorm tomorrow morning so I probably won't be on much longer and I should probably wrap up this post now.

Hey Jack, do you remember when I called you a pedo and then you reported it because you couldn't think of a good reply? good times, good times. And I wonder who else will be coming back to PC soon.

Remember when the DCC had it's own subforum?
Good times.

Wouldn't that just be like..

An entire forum devoted to off-topic discussion..?

Like a spam forum..or Other Chat?

Strangely, I remember the DCC subforum despite not being active much for that first year.

Yes, quite a few vets have finally come back. They're going to find themselves strangers in a very strange land, though. Sure, Kylie's reception was actually great, and I'm pretty sure Ashley's being treated well right now, but still. Once the novelty of their veterancy wears off, they'll be cast aside just like all the others...

Obviously just the ramblings of a senile geezer. :P

I try not to cast people I meet aside, unless they're n00bish or they just drift away from the site or my regular sections.

I can remember when PC was super active, back when I was actually really active.

It's still active? D: The most members online just occurred last month!

Well yeah, I know. I also witnessed that'd crazy day.

Maybe it's just nostalgia making rose colored glasses for me, but to me PC's prime was right before the database transfer thing.

Really? Doesn't seem that way, particularly after you let Zet get away with slandering me long ago. You should have kept your so-called "apprentice of awesomeness" in line.
Humans act on emotion first and logic second, and I honestly believe there aren't any exceptions to this rule. It's only normal that someone who liked Zet would be more hesitant to "keep him in line" than someone who doesn't like him.

I can't remember who told me to post that post, but there were many lols. :
You were actually put up to it? Surprising, but still plausible. I've certainly made plenty of enemies here, after all. Still, why go after me instead of a more obvious target?
