I like spending money. I just hate spending my money. :( But luckily I'm in Canada where our prices aren't that much higher than the US's. So PKMN games are typically just $5 more before taxes.

But I have extra cash so I preordered the Japanese version of Black the other week. n_n I am so excited to play it.
 
D: That would suck. I know for un-region-locked games, if I lived in AU, I'd just import them. u_u; You guys have the worst luck/policies/whatever when it comes to video games.
 
There is a positive though - we do have plentiful jobs, etc, good economy, good healthcare, as opposed to America, so yeah, we miss out on games, and... instead we get to live longer. :D
 
So does Canada, but we don't have to pay half our paycheque for a DS game and we get everything same-day as US.

...except when the companies forget to print up French manuals, in which case we get them two weeks later or in however-long-it-takes-to-mass-produce-manuals. :(
 
About the French thing, I remember going to get a Zelda game at one of the EB Games in Ottawa where the guy told me that. He said the game would be a few days late because they had to make the French packaging. I didn't quite believe it, so I went to a different EB Games. They had it in stock, and I bought it. ^^

Though I assume it does happen sometimes, I guess that first clerk was just stating an excuse as to why he didn't have the game. XD
 
...well, OUR timezones match Japan's so when Pokemon Sunday is on for Japan it's morning for us so it's actually Sunday :D

I brought it up because I have a lot of friends who preordered the Blazblue sequel and along came its release date the other week and even those who preordered from Amazon.ca had their shipments delayed. The reason a lot of people got was "there were no french manuals so shipments were halted" or something. XD; Took a week before the game was finally in stock.
 
Im not sure if its only me.... but the announcements/feedback/welcome/ "get togather"
i cant see any of them the first thing is black & white. o.O

also, all the new nintendo games uasley cost around $50
so my mom waits till we find them used and cheap. (rarly we get new games.) i get to explore others saves tho xD then i feel bad if i erase one ;-;
 
When I logged on this morning, the welcome center thing wasn't there for me either. It was here last night. I DEFINITELY didn't collapse the category, it's just... not there. And all my Get-Together posts are gone too.
 
Haha, it's gone for me as well. Though tbh I didn't notice it was gone until it was mentioned just there.
 
Yeaaaah looks like someone edited permissions for the Official category rather than just the Get Together forum. Going through and fixing it. Lemme know if you guys can see it again. XD
