YOU JUST GOT FREAKING NINJA'D SON!

You know, I actually did some gymnastics as a kid. I remember how sore my hands used to get by climbing ropes and doing all of these crazy stunts. This one time for whatever reason I pinched this teen girl's ass and she ended up telling my father when he came to pick me up. You know like in those Japanese animations, you get those silly little kids who flip the skirts up on some females. It was the equivalent of that pretty much. I didn't mean anything malicious from it though, I just thought it would be fun (probably what I thought anyway >_>). Anyway, my dad apologizes to the girl and when we got back home, he had a MASSIVE go at me. He was like "THAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT!" I was like maybe ten years old at the time or something and I had no idea what the hell sexual harassment was! I didn't even realize I had done something that bad until my dad shouted at me. Good times.

I was talking to a friend of mine earlier and we got into picking out songs that describe each other.

The top of his list for songs that describe me? Dennis Leary - *******.

I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or a insult.

Drakow, when I was a little kid I was playing with this guy and we were in the pool and I was like jumping up and putting my hands on his shoulders to hold myself up and apparently he had a sunburn I hadn't noticed, and he kicked me in the crotch lmao. I was underwater and also not a guy so it wasn't actually painful, I was just confused. He got in huge trouble though.

Gym sucked. I had to take it right up to grade nine and hated every minute of it. I was this little, fat, out of shape kid who was forced to run with all these damn athletic kids as if I could keep up with them. I remember doing the mile run in grade nine and I always came in dead last because I would give up partway through and just walk it lmao. :( I used to pretend my asthma was worse than it was in hopes that I would get out of running but my teachers just told me to "do my best." I know, it's a terrible thing to do, but I was ridiculously lazy and out of shape and embarrassed enough to be unable to keep up with my class during simple warmups. Sports were even more disastrous.

But I'm physically fit and in shape now so that's all behind me ~~~

Last year my Art teacher told me to get out of his class before I had even walked in because I "didn't deserve to be in his class and didn't deserve rights".

Trolljours! This one time I was in grade 4 and needed to go to the toilet. So I enter the toilets and I approach the section where you stand and take a pee. And just as I am a meter or so away, this guy in year 5 or 6 just finishes his pee and turns around to face me. I stopped moving as he was turning around so I think he thought I was watching him pee the entire time. He was like "the f***" and kicks me straight in the nuts. My balls hadn't dropped yet so I felt no pain lol. I might have shifted back a bit, but no pain. He just stared at me for a second longer then left lol. I just had this blank confused face cause I had no idea why he did that.

Keep your feet together and your back straight. Your arms should be a bit wider than your shoulders. Keep your face in front of both of your hands as you go down. So there should be a triangle between your two hands and your face / chin as you go down. It's difficult for me to explain over the internet to be honest. Probably better off finding a video on youtube lol.

Anyway I used to be very bad at pushups. A few years ago though when I was visiting my family back in good old kangaroo land, I decided to visit the dojo where I first took up karate all those years ago. Sadly my Sensei didn't recognise me (don't blame him, I was like 7 years old or something at the time, and 19 upon revisiting). Anyway, I decided to train with him for the duration of my holiday in Australia (10 weeks or so approximately). I was pretty unfit as I hadn't been exercising much two weeks upon arriving in Australia, just maxing and relaxing mostly. His training got me back into shape pretty quickly though. He had me do loads of push ups and all sorts of other strenuous exercises. I started out only being able to do ten but over the months I have developed my strength and can now do 100 on my knuckles. Nowadays I do it on a daily basis and I'll show you what my hands look like now.

Apparently push ups on the knuckles is better for your wrists as opposed to on your palms because it keeps your wrist straight. (do knuckle push ups on pillows if it hurts your fingers/knuckles)

Pushups on Pillows should be a band name.
