Should Arceus 'Dragon Form' be a dragon?

and hey guyz u think Nintendo didnt Create a Steel/Dragon-Type Pokemon? Dialga Is The Steel/Dragon Type Pokemon! why didnt u noticed that? with its very high SP.Atk + Roar Of Time= Pwns any other Dragon type Pokemon !

and about the Topic. yes Arceus(Draco Plate Held) must be a Dragon. i dunno if it can learn Dragon Claw or not..... i will check that later

I believe Arceus can be considered a Dragon but! Only when it is in it's Dragon type form.

And that steel vibrava thing is really kool ^_^

Altaria should be considered a Dragon, not just a Sacrifice 0.0

I didn't mean excatly a sacrifice! I meant heal bell, when you REALLY need to, which is helpful... I like heal bell.................................................................... Only when it is a low in HP................ I am sorry if you don't like the move............

Yer its kinda liek explosion but helps ure team in every way possible.

I don't liek Arceus much so I'm gonna say no to it being a dragon.

But Altaria isn't exactly the greatest dragon to grace the gameboy is it? I mean is goes down in one hit alot of the time.

Meh, I'm not so sure about Arceus Dragon Form. He doesn't look like a dragon, so I'm gonna have to say no. And though Altaria isn't my favorite Dragon (and I personally think it looks nothing like one =/), I'm gonna have to say that Altaria is a dragon.
 
Oh and Chaos, we were talking bout an OU Steel/Dragon. And also, Roar of Time is one of the worst competitive battling moves

I'm not discin him, I don't think anyone is.
Wat we're saying is that Heal Bell is just about his only/most successful use
