I say it is. Some say its a bird,but really. you look at it and tell me its not a dragon...

Dragon. It should be dragon/psycic but whatever. It is all feathery and sutff but a bird as the prince of the sea? I cant imgaine that.

So Lugia.... pretty much my favorite legend of all time, as much as I think
Lugia has his own category I think that he is a close to a Dragon as they get!
 
And what about Aerodactyl, he looks like an ancient wyvern.

But i fill proud he is consider a dragon at the Den
 
oh yea there is one proof that makes Lugia Dragonic. Play Either Pokemon Gold Or Silver and it can learn Dragon Breath( TM from the 8th Gym of Johto ) also Lugia is the best pokemon that can wall greatly. Especially its Sp.Def( which is much better than Blissey)
 
Lol,The best special wallin the game is Regice imo. bilssey dies to anything physical. Regice does not.

Um...also.....UberChomp has came back...........

lol,328 physical def is actually pretty good...and 500+ sp. def..is excellent......
 
lol, prolly because on emerald the legens are Pre- EV'd and on D/P/Pl you hafta EV them yourself.

btw, free lvl 1 regigigas's for trade. pm/vm if intrested.
