1- Only Dialga Can Learn it Through Leveling Up! not Like Darkrai that can have it only if it was from the 10th Movie....
2- It has the Highest Power Among All the Dragon Type Pokemon!
3- i know that it makes The User Recharges for 1 turn. this Describes it as a Very Strong Move. at least it doesnt Lower Stat like Draco Meteor....

I do agree MixMence is better than Physical Mence.

I never got Physical Mence to work for me.
