and yea 3bood(infernape10) hacked his Regigigas and taught it Skill Swap. and he owned many opponent by this hacked Regigigas . Regigigas Without Slow Start(which means using Skill Swap by hacking) = PWNAGE!

The key word there is used.

That doesn't mean that you HAVE to have Altaria as that. And you can also EV train your Altaria to outrun Salamence.

They could switch in a Salamence for a free hit for an Altaria.

Quite right, switching out the same type and the attacker uses Ice attacks, lame.

I suggest Kingdra to boot, average in all stats with one weakness.

Kingdra is one of the most OU Pokemon in the Platinum Metagame, I'd hardly consider him average...
