zeke15, that's a move I would teach my dragon any day. Good.
 
That's what gives it it's click then. It had a click about it that made me want to use it.

Description:Shoots large flames at opponent. Color of flames vary by pokemon. High critical hit rate.

EDIT:
I'm not sure if the color of the fire varies by species or its iv's.

Description:
An all-Out Dragonic Attack that Becomes More Powerful when the User,s HP is low
( HP below 1/4 = 200 Base Power )

and hey everyone how about we play RPG battle? (Especially using these Fake Moves)

Before we move on..

Nega Speed
Type: Dragon
Classification: Physical
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
The user draws back on the first turn, readying itself (this part goes last), voiding all damage. The user then strikes first the next turn, out-speeding any attempt to switch or Protect/Detect/Endure. 30% chance of raising the user's speed.

I originally had that idea a long time ago, but I modified it to fit a dragon. Basically, Fly/Pursuit/Feint in two one attack.

Awesome move! I also think we should have an RPG with these moves.
 
I'm not really into a fake RPG game on a forum. :P I did one once and I was kicked out because I didn't post anymore, haha.
