anyway I'll answer the topic
It doesn't make a difference what console they are on, they are still dragons that are getting trained
 
hey can i join? i love dragons, i have like 4 on my battling team!
(btw having 4 dragons on a team is not a good idea)

I am still thinking of my answer I will post it later.
 
It needs to be 3 evo's,
It needs to stay only Dragon type all the way to the 3rd Evo
And they need to make a strong dragon move (E.g. 120 Power, 5pp, doesn't lower users stats)
 
What would you like done with the Dragon pokemon created in the fifth gen?
Dual-type Dragons. Fire/Ice/Bug Dragons.

Why they don't make Vibrava Bug/Dragon because it look like a bug and its egg group is also bug? o.O
 
I think for the fifth gen the Dragon pokemon created should have 3 evos and should have the strength at least equal to Tyranitar.
