oH.... I made my own recolured rayquaza sprite can i use that one?

Ok im here. Who am I up against?
 
Chairman kaga...ok here are the rules...
You can use all attacks no need for HMs or TMs this time.
The winner will become leader for the whole of next week.
YOu have 500hp this time insted of 100hp.
you have 4 heals this time.
Each heal is worth 50hp
You can heal at any time, but you cannot attack in the same turn that you heal.
Ready! FIGHT!
 
Alverge: Ok! So I go first! Vibrava! Use sandstorm!*a big gust of wind sends sand flying everywhere*
 
salamence is hit by all of the sand and is sent flying...he has been knocked to the ground and is unable to attack for 1 turn.

-Sky Attack-----05 pp
-Dragonbreath---20 pp
-Mirror Move-----20 pp
Not to mention a 400 hp, and 2 heals worth 200 hp each (hyper potions)

this rpg was allready matched up before you came we have been doing this for about one month so you cant fight and hp stands for HIT point.
