People say that the Kalos Elite 4 and Champion were easy, yet I will probably have a harder time with them since I was able to beat Hoenns Elite 4 and Champion with just my Groudon... Okay I used Latios when I was fighting Drake, but that was it.

Either my Groudon was overpowered (Had the Red Orb), or the Elite 4 and Champion of Hoenn is very weak.

Well, considering Legendary Pokemon are uber and obviously have better stats than the majority of Pokemon, its no wonder you could go through the E4 and Champ so easily but I do agree they're really not a challenge. If you were using the Exp Share during your adventure perhaps next time switch it off? Other than that yeah, they certainly are quite easy, although they were also quite easy in R/S/E to begin with

You should try to re-battle them after you finish the Delta Episode.
If you ever did, then, great! :D

Primal Groudon is an immensely powerful 'mon (there is a reason why this thing is the #1 threat in Ubers) so that'd be a lot of it. Steven and Glacia's teams are also weak to it due to it's typing and stuff.

The Pokemon League often has some sort of significant type weakness(es) you can exploit. A good Dark type can eat up half the Unova E4 by itself. A strong Water type will drown half of the Sinnoh E4. Half of Kalos's E4 is Ground weak. And so on.
