You can BAKE chocolate ice-cream? That must be hard... or maybe you just whip up some cream and add cocoa and freeze it... hehe.

naaa, not everything in there is for baking, but I never tried the recipes, so I dont know how it works...

Hahah we should have an online session once, where you and me use our chocolate recipes trying to bake someting both in Germany and Sweden, and commentate it in CFC (Chocolate Fan Club) at the same time ^^

That was probably lousy english... but you get my point, I think ^^"

Welcome to the club DarkAkuma :3 I see that Fable already gave you your welcome bar? Good, job, Febaru. :3

Oh, yes, my report from Vienna. XD I found some chocolate snacks. :3 Both of them being something typical Vienese. :3 I have only tasted on thing of it, but I guess I'll taste the other thing in a not so very long future.

Mozartkugeln / Mozart Balls
The "Original Salzburg Mozartkugeln" are still produced manually by the confectionery Fürst according to the original recipe and using the original technique: First, a ball of green pistachio marzipan covered in a layer of nougat is produced. This ball is then placed on a small wooden stick and dunked in a dark chocolate coating. Next, the stick is placed vertically, with the ball at the top, on a platform to allow the chocolate to cool off and harden. Finally, the stick is removed; the hole that it leaves behind is filled with chocolate coating, and the ball is wrapped in blue-silver tin foil by hand. According to the Fürst company, their employees produce approximately 1.4 million Mozartkugeln by hand using this technique every year. In the firm's air-conditioned salerooms, the balls remain fresh for about eight weeks.

'LaaKronen' Unfortunatly not in English. XD I had the Pistacio and Chocolate ones. :3

Sachertorte
The cake consists of two layers of dense, not overly sweet chocolate cake (traditionally a sponge cake) with a thin layer of apricot jam in the middle and dark chocolate icing with shreds of chocolate on the top and sides. It is traditionally served with whipped cream without any sugar in it (Standard German: Schlagsahne, Austrian Standard German: Schlagobers), as most Viennese consider the Sachertorte too "dry" to be eaten on its own.

I just had Toblerone a couple nights ago... It's my new favorite chocolate. X3

We flew over the Chocolate country of Toblerone. :3 Too bad I couldn't see anything due to the clouds... I would have loved to catch a glimpse of the Snowy Mountains where I lost my heart a long time ago. xD

I went to Switzerland a couple of years ago just for a day and their chocolate is crazy!
It is quite expensive and cause we had heaps of food and stuff mum wasn't going to pay for us.
So I used what little money I had left to buy the cheapest bar of chocolate I could find and it was amazing.
It was better than some Big Brand names and it was really cheap too..

Switzerland is like the most amazing country in the world. 83;;

They do not only have the most delicious chocolate in the world, but also a very nice herbal drink (Almdudler). >: I wanna go back there. ;_;

Well I can't argue with the chocolate and that drink sounds good...
I wanna go to Europe!...

I've never tried Belgium Chocolate but it seems so tasty.
Actually I have, they are sea shells and so tasty!
