The Fairy Fountain (Legend of Zelda Fanclub)

Hey, Listen! I want to join! =D

Favorite Zelda Game: Twilight Princess, Minish Cap, Spirit Tracks, Majora's Mask. And I'm leaving out all the rest for the mere sake of being concise. lol
Quick Description about Yourself: My name is Jessica, I'm 24 years old, and I'm Canadian. My first Zelda game was Majora's Mask back in 2000, and I've been a fangirl ever since. xD
Reason for Joining: As I said, I'm a fangirl, and I'd love to talk about my favourite video game series(Pokémon is #2) with other enthusiasts.
Kokiri/Korok/Deku Scrub: (Which one do you want to be?) Kokiri! They're so cute, haha.

Who is your favourite Zelda character and why? My favourite Zelda character, eh? Now that's a tough question....While I love both Link and Zelda of course, I want to pick someone other than a main character, and therefore I'll go with Nabooru. I just liked her story, and her dialogue made me smile. ^_^

Who is your favorite Zelda character and why?
It would probably be a toss between Zelda (nearly all incarnations) and Ghirahim. Ghirahim is just so flamboyant, which I love. And I've always felt emotionally connected to Zelda, particularly from Skyward Sword, as I felt the drive Link had to find and protect her, and also

Official Zelda timeline revealed in Hyrule Historia?

I figured they would release the timeline eventually, considering it was generally kept quiet, but during the 25th anniversary concert they said something about how there was a Zelda timeline, it had just never been revealed. Now that they are actually talking about it, I know the revelation is nigh.

EDIT: I just realised. This takes a lot of fun out of theorising, does it not?

Hmm...favorite character and why? Tough choice.
But, I'm going with Zelda.
I always love the wise characters in video games. Zelda is an excellent princess over her kingdom, and very powerful. I love Toon Zelda's personality in Spirit Tracks.

I'm going to agree. I'm not sure how this game got past QA. Even if you don't count the clunky, extremely unstable controls there are many issues. The story is lacking, and there is too much filler content (For example, splitting the last song into 4 parts. The part that bothers me most is having to go around collecting MUSICAL NOTES? Is this Banjo Kazooie?..) The game lacks actual difficulty. I've 100%'d hero mode and the only time I died was because either my remote became uncalibrated or wouldn't respond. And then there is the HORRENDOUS game-breaking bug near the end, essentially wasting all your time put into the game if you happen to get the Lightning Dragons part of the song first and save. The flying is just rehashed sailing from Wind Waker, very boring and unoriginal. Locations are very spread out just to increase play time. Also, the harp is very uninspired and disappointing.

All of this (and more.., like being able to cheat the bow mini-game) makes me believe that this game was incredibly rushed and received little to no testing. It's a huge disappointment.

Thank you! I was starting to think I was alone with that. I love Zelda and everything about it but I'm not blind to it's occasional disappointments.

How so? I honestly cant understand this. So they introduced a new element in the game, flying, and your saying its just like sailing in WindWaker? Well I guess that what your thinking is you fly around the sky to reach islands like you do in WindWaker? I think that that Flying added a great element to the game, better then having just Epona like usual.

Skyward Sword, I think that they were just doing something different. Thank the goddess' for that! Zelda is always a truly epic game for each of its installments, but the ones like WindWaker and Skyward Sword are great refreshments.

The Motion controls are pretty good, not sure whats up with some people. Yeah there is a few mistakes. But hey what can you expect, not like move or kinect are all that perfect either.


Anyways, I decided to pick up my Phantom Hourglass game again (Havent touched it in forever due to not liking it) but now it seems pretty fun, well to pass time.
 
Wow, a third timeline for if the Hero of Time is defeated? That pretty much means there are infinite yet-to-be-released timelines for other possible outcomes of events.

Speaking of the timeline, you may notice 4 Swords being on there twice. However, is it possible that the second 4 Swords (4 Swords + Hyrule Adventure) is actually Four Swords Adventures? That is my thought.

Anyone ever played the Ocarina of Time multiplayer hack? (Here's a gameplay video https://youtu.be/LOILzYIkBIo )If we can get the online thing going on Project 64, I think we should consider having the whole club play. Though we'd have to take turns since it goes up to four at a time..

I only played a few Zelda games in the past.
The games I have played of Zelda is Zelda 1 (when i was really little tho dont remember much of it), Oracle of Ages for GBC I have played it several years ago, and beat it. Some what of Ocarina of Time for the N64, and Majora's Mask, which I infact want to get on VC this month which I am planing to I'mma say "Hey, Listen!, you're gonna get Majora's Mask on VC this month. Right now I'm playing Ocarina of Time 3D for the 3DS which it made me fall in love with the series. In the past I didnt like it as much I liked it, but wasnt much of a fan, I knew who they were like Link, Zelda, Ganon etc etc. But never played much of it till now, which I also plan to get is Skyward Sword, and Twilight Princess this month as well for the Wii. :)

Also as you can see I have a LoZ:OoT Theme and I have as the music plays "Zelda's Lullaby", also the Triforces in my signature are titles tags, hover over it you'll see the titles haha just if you didnt figure it out.

BTW, I got my 3DS to connect to my internet! (It's a shocker since my our WiFi over here is utter s***. That, or all the DSes I've bought in the past has had some sort of defect O_o') So I went onto Nintendo eShop and got me some Four Swords action! Unfortunately I can't get Link's Awakening DX since I'm probably too lazy to input money into my account -_-' Oh well... Some other time I guess...
 
I really wanna play Majora's Mask again... it's funny, though, my brother's first LP might be Majora's Mask

You can call me Conan-Kun. thats what the name translate to. my first download was the Four Swords, I have it on my DSi, and my 3DS. So WOO. Im trying to get Link's Awakening DX, but I have no money to do it :/

I heard that Majora's Mask has a possibility to be remade for the 3DS, I think they want to do an original Zelda 3DS game, not a remake after remake. I hope they make an Majora's Mask remake for the 3DS I'd get it first day :3.
