The Fairy Fountain (Legend of Zelda Fanclub)

Yeah, Imma try it all out tomorrow I know i'll be rage quitting on some parts, and I also heard the Water Temple is easier on Master Quest, thats from what I heard, I have to judge it myself when I give it a try. Water temple wasnt that hard, i was stuck on it on one part, and after I figured out what to do, I just did it all on my own without a guide, and I beat it probably in 20 or so mins. I just used my gamer instincts

Water Temple just takes time. Though, I have trouble beating Morpha sometimes.

I love fighting Twinrova, though. Favorite OoT boss for me. ^.^

Hey! Listen! My favourite character isn't Navi! =p

Spoiler:

As for who is my favourite character... Midna and Elzo are pretty cool sidekicks, but Linebeck wins out. Best theme music, and someone who repeatedly chokes Link (and has actual personality on top of that!) wins.

Hey, bobandbill is here! You're very welcome to the fountain!
And I agree on the Linebeck thing, I simply love his theme! Although Ezlo is pretty fun when he yells at Link and thinks that he's stupid, but Linebeck just rocks!

Damn link (pun may or may not be intended) is blocked by the school. So, is it Majora's Mask for 3DS?
No not Majora's Mask 3D. Nintendo did state that they didnt want to release a remake after a Remake, So they want to make an original Zelda title for the 3DS before remaking any Zelda game for the 3D, but they do want to make it, or they did state it is a possible to be made.

Actually all it is is a debate over whether or not MM should be remade for the 3DS (as we have all been hoping for) or the Wii U (which I don't think many people have ever considered).

I'll post it here:
The Author (Zelda Universe) said:
However awesome it was to see Ocarina of Time rebirthed onto the 3DS, I have to admit I had one disappointment. In my opinion, Ocarina of Time deserved a darker, more high quality feel that the Wii U offers. Instead, it got the more "fun" feel of the 3DS.

Then I had a thought:
Operation Moonfall! Bring Majora's Mask to the 3DS!
No, no, wrong, wrong.
Bring Majora's Mask to the Wii U!
Haha! Brilliant!

Now, let's be realistic. Do you think Majora's Mask deserves the 3DS or the Wii U?
Which one is more fitting?

3DS:

  • The resources are already present in Ocarina of Time 3D
  • Playable wherever
  • Similar graphics and engine
  • Conformity

Wii U:

  • Higher graphics quality (1080p)

Darknuts and Iron Knuckles are the best kind of challenges in my opinion. Even bosses don't deal as much damage as they do!

If bosses count, my absolute favorite is Dark Link. It is the only boss where the technique is only pure sword skill. My favorite kind of combat. No items, no shortcuts, no patterns. Just swordsmanship.

Hey! Listen! I wanna join this club!

Favorite Zelda Game: Ocarina of Time
Quick Description about Yourself: I recently got back into Zelda with Ocarina of Time 3D on my 3DS. I must say, it's an incredible remake.
Reason for Joining: I've always loved the Zelda games since I was a kid, despite not being fully up-to-date with more recent games.
Kokiri/Korok/Deku Scrub: Kokiri

I kind of facepalmed at myself just a bit ago. After I arrived at the Spirit Temple in Ocarina of Time 3D, I realized that I forgot to grab the heart container after beating Phantom Ganon. I felt very stupid at that time.

To answer the current question, my favorite character, other than Link, would have to be Sheik. I love how through all of Ocarina of Time, he appears out of nowhere, giving hints, then disappearing. And then, it's finally revealed that
Spoiler:

Sheik's mysterious personality very much appeals to me.

So, I picked up Skyward Sword yesterday, and I played a bit of it today.
I gotta say, I EFFING LOVE IT! It's so beautiful, the music, the character designs.
I love it all so far, and idk how long I played, Ive been in the middle of another game, But Imma play back and forth :3. I do like the motion controls it does take time to getting used to, but I got used to it already :3

deoxys121, you are accepted! Welcome to the fountain!

@Conan-Kun: Yesh. Skyward Sword is awesome, although the final boss gave me a LOT of trouble >_<'

@U_Flame: I can see what you mean! I didn't really think bosses at first since they do kinda fall in their own category, but what the heck! We'll throw'em in too! So people, the discussion subject also includes your favourite boss from now on!

Although Dark Link is kinda annoying at times when he stands on your fsvhysutdhjkzycsj sword! And---. Sigh, I need to calm down here.

Speaking of enemies (well bosses, but you get my point!) I have seen a picture that someone made, it depicts an evoultionary-tree. You know how it starts with a tree and then the branches are filled with different species of animals and plants. However, this one actually depicts creatures from the Zelda-series! I'll see if I can find it on the Internet, in which case I'll post it here.

I've now started playing Master Quest in Ocarina of Time 3D. I just cleared Jabu Jabu's Belly. In this version, all the areas in Master Quest are mirrored. This is, however, my first time playing Master Quest. While the dungeons are definitely much more challenging with new puzzles and enemies, I can't help but feel while playing it that the designs are a bit unprofessional; kinda feels like a ROM hack. It's fun, but weird. I mean, gravestones and ghosts in Dodongo's Cavern. And Jabu Jabu's Belly is full of cows, including cows' heads that stick out from the walls. And the cows serve as switches when you shoot them with your slingshot....? Overall, it's weird, but fun.
Spoiler:

^Wtf???

Haha. Yeah, I used to have the original MQ, but it randomly disappeared from my Wii one day. I am still yet to find it. :/

Geez, did we die?
Thought this might revive us. :P

Any thoughts?

EDIT: It's fake, btw. However it is a good idea. :) Another twin-game title would be awesome (like OoA/OoS).

I would love to see something like that happen on the 3DS Author. I loved the Oracle games myself, so it would be a trip down memory lane for me.

By the way, there is finally an official new discussion topic.

What if your favorite song from the Zelda series?
Mine is the end credits of Windwaker. First time I heard it, I cried manly tears.

@ Everyone: People who signed up while I was on "vacation," please send me you're sign-ups through PM. I would greatly appreciate it. Also, this club needs a makeover. Who here knows how to use CSS coding? If you want to help in designing the club, let me or Mr. Mammoth know.

Oracle series on 3DS? *eye twitches*
FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU*********************** YEAH!!!

Oh dear, that is a tough one... Well one of my personal favorites is the Ballad of the Godess sung by Fi in Skyward Sword. Holy cow, I love her voice! I was extremely sad when
Spoiler:

Another one is the Dancing Dragon dungeon theme from Oracle of Seasons. I heard the ZREO-version of it, and damn it's good!

I could go on and on about this since all of the Zelda songs are indeed great pieces of music.
