it's one big leaf is what i see. you can see the mouth... of it... do you have a picture of how you think it looks, it might have a snout... so maybe that's why it might look weird to us.
 
Now I think that the bumps on the side of the water one's neck is inner tubes, lol. (see "Buizel")

Top is Fire/Ground
Right is Water/???

They all still look retarded....and a mess of old pokemon together...like if you had a blender WILL IT BLEND!?!? and blended the Pokemon sprites together thats what the starters look like...

I like them, man why are people hating on new pokemon i kind of wish Arceus was the last of them now to avoid all this. but you got the typing that i think they are going to be...

You just have the silouhettes of them, so how could they look retarded when we don't know what they look like? All of the starters would look retarded if all we had to judge them by was their silouhettes. Bulbasaur's silouhette..what is it? a tulip on some weirdly shaped creatures back? Chikorita having a huge leaf on its head. Torchic's silouhette..big headed and missing one leg. Mudkip..a blob with a huge thing sticking up on it. See where I'm gettin'? You can't judge them till the full photos are revealed.

all silhouettes start out to look like that. we just relate them to pokemon we hav seen b4. u cant rly judge them on this little bit of information.
im rly hoping that ground isnt the secondary type for the fire one. i dont like slow fire types...
grass flying would be pretty cool. means that i dont hav to look for a flying pokemon, which is always a pain.

those are some wise words, we have to wait and see what type they are and how they look like then we can decide on which one we are going to get... though i'm thinking of getting the one in the left or the center...

a slow fire pokemon is better than a fast one with low defense(chimchar and evos) it could have high defense and Attack or maybe high hp... if it is fire/ground i'm guessing it will have the same stat total as Swampert as it has a 4x weakness so to make up for it they gave it a higher base stat total.

water or grass for me. the one on the left looks alright though. Speaking of that, I said earlier judging by the silouhettes we probably won't get a dragon one..but I think I'm gonna take what I said back. The one on the left could evolve into something that has wings, even if it's not part dragon.

Not quite, I'm leaning towards beaver, rather than weasel or otter. It has a bit of width to it, I view weasels as being lean, the one on the left makes more sense as a weasel than the one on the right. Though I highly doubt either are weasels. Isn't beaver in the weasel family anyways?

Edit: Beavers are rodents, which are different from weasels. A squirrel is a weasel though, I didn't know that.

No they're not, and weasels are apart of some family that starts with a M that I can't remember (yep folks..that is what 9 months of biology gets you :D). If it is a beaver, then I imagine it will be a double type. Still, water/psychic or water/flying is what I'm hoping for. Will they reveal the types in next week's issue of CoroCoro if they do gives us the artwork for the starters?

speaking of weasels..and other water animals...I need to add Floatzel to my list of stellar water pkmn in my signature.

I doesn't look like it could be Water/flying if it's the one in the right... but you never know...
Yeah the types are very likely going to be revealed like what they did with Zorua and Zoroark.

We didn't have a silhouette of Bulbasaur it was the first Pokemon ever...anyways...all the silhouettes for those Pokemon look okay...these look borderline dumb...

Sadly these starter silhouettes are better

Yeah, you're right. I had the wikipedia pages for rodents and weasels up and saw the squirrel on the rodent page and got my signals crossed, lol.

Those silhoettes only look better because they are easy to identify... these are hard... real silhoettes are hard to identify... remember zoroark
