Well, here it is again- the GIF Above! The old thread, in which Hiiro explains it better than I'm about to, is here. Basically the game is someone posts a gif, and the next person posts a gif in response. Since a really important thing at PC is to NOT FORGET THE 4-WORD RULE, captions or comments are necessary.

And we shall begin with this oddity.
