Ah okay. I am updating some Contest rules on this post, just look at what's bolded on the bottom.

::CONTEST RULES UPDATE::
-Dragon airs Trainer (soon to be known as Coordinator Camron) and I will be the judges.
-You have 2-3 weeks (yet to be decided) to make your banner. Latest deadline should be Sunday April 1st (in 3 weeks exactly), and if contest entries come in early and by the ...a lot, then we'll have it be only be 2 weeks to release the suspense of who wins (which is March 25th)

::In your banner...::
-There should be no swearing
-There should be the thread's name in it, but feel free to take away all the punctuation (~s and !s)
-There should be at least 1 Glacia picture on the banner

I editted the image so now it contain the phrase "Fanclub" and i save it as png this time so IMO it's quality slightly better than the last one(jpg)
