Anyways, I do love the recoloring of that and the brush usage. And I love the MP3 icon too. =P

This was a test Mishy and I did.

This is my current banner for my sig. It features Lelouch x Suzaku pairing from Code Geass. -shooooot- >D

Michii: I like it! The colors match, the font compliments the picture! The only thing I can pick out is numerous typo's. =P

Hazuki: The first one I really like except for the grey squares inside some of the stars. It is very distracting and doesn't look too great.
The second one is really good! The colors compliment each other wonderfully and makes the banner fit together better.

When I was making this I was really impatient and the render ended up being a bit edgy...

This work is quite nice! It's much more of an improvement from the banners from the previous page! :3 I like the way the border is styled.. it looks awesome.
The only problem would be the choppy image, although you've already mentioned that in your own post. ^.^

I made this.. last month or so. An attempt to use C4Ds but I phailed miserably. D:
It has no border.. because I'm too lazy.

edit// I just remembered.. I made another one except I flipped it and just moved the C4Ds and stuff around.

Sanctuary: The second one looks much better, though it looks like you erased around the waist.
Plus the render looks way too bright and unblended :d. Good job though..

I have one I wanted to enter in the SOTW, but i'm not allowed.

@kai. - the kingdra one is too messy and too dark. the second one is nice and could probably do without the border.

@cheesepow - the sharpedo one is nice but you shouldve used the bigger sugimori. scanlines are too big as well. the second one is ok but might need a little more color. text might be nice.

Thats really good for you first attempts. Just some words of advice, dont try to use filters as a basis for a backround. Use some brushing and you can do great stuff

Ohhh those are nice!! I LOVE the first one! I like how you did the colors.
And the second one is great too, but you almost lose the face with the bright white there.

And thanks!! I just don't understand what brushing to use and how to get it too look cool like yours ^^;
EDIT: Hokay, I made a new theme!

EDIT AGAIN: I did another theme... at 6am in the morning with NO sleep. YAY.

Rate My banner!

I was searching my computer for stuff that i didn't need and i came across an incomplete banner that i just did because i was bored. It looked boring so i downloaded some brushes for GIMP, Edited the tone, added a border and this is the result!

MINE! DO NOT STEAL! and yes the text should be smaller.
Also if you rate could you think of some text that would suit the image?

YunaDances: It looks like the first one is from Michii.. XD
Anyways, you might need to work on the brushing a little more this time. Like, think about where you want to put your brushes? Does it look good in that area? If not, ctrl+z and try again.

BerserkPaladin: You were supposed to rate the graphics above It's not bad, but you could use some more brushing instead of not using your own backgrounds. I can't think of any text because I am not really good at that. ><

YunaDances; They have really nice effects. ^^ Perhaps you should add some borders to them?

BerserkPaladin; Text is really hard to think of. :x So I wouldn't know what would go with that. XD; It's good, but the only thing I don't like is how the thingie goes over her face and the right side is kinda empty.
