I want to take a stab and say that it will never get moved to the staff lounge, and the V.I.P. forum. If it did, the thread would die quickly.
 
I think Red's Pokémon will have these super kickass IV/EVs.
Maybe some new Sinnoh Pokémon? Who knows.
 
Does anyone remember that dude in the Underground Path mall thing where you could buy sell-only items at so much of a discount you'd make money off of them? If I was playing after 2 o'clock on a Monday night, that's where I'd go! :P

But yes the Underground Mall should be expanded!

Seriously...4 shops is too small for a special place like that. XD
 
What language do you speak of?

I suggest having several mall, somewhere around 10-20, all lined up. That could be a black market!
