Leaf is the most awesome playable character ever, but I'm kinda glad they didn't put her in the anime because they'd find some way to botch her up.
 
Leaf/Blue is indeed an awesome playable character. : D But I like Crystal/Marina more.

My favourite starter Pokémon are
Charmander - Squirtle
Cyndaquil - Totodile - Chicorita
Torchic - Mudkip
 
Charmander, Cyndaquil, Treecko and Chimchar lover here~

I find Torchic to be really freakin' annoying thanks to May. >>;
Not counting that Kung-fu chicken I loves me some fire type starters. <3

My favorite type of Pokemon for my starter is fire. It is really hard to find fire types in the game. -_-"
 
I almost always pick the fire starter, Cyndaquil is my absolute favorite, but I also love turtwig from gen IV, which is odd since I usually don't care much for the grass starters.

I chose Turtwig in generation 4 just for Dawn to have Pipulp... -_-

Turtwig+ sucks.

Hasn't the thread stayed here enough. Why don't you give Other Triva some love!
 
Entei cuz he's my favorite of the three. I've already seen both Entei and Raikou in the wild on my HG, but when I do decide to actually go after them I'll go for Entei first.
 
Raikou is awesome. So is Kyogre. In fact, the two team up really well together with Kyogre's Drizzle and Raikou's Thunder.

Maybe, but I hate 1-turn resting moves. Perhaps it could be a Dark-type counterpart to Head Smash.
