Celebi is hacked, I don't think they set events to be shiny. Both Regi's appear to be legit, the different stats could be from the different Ivs. Can you pick the pokeball out on this site ?

As long as those are its stats in its Normal form, and you of course did not receive it over the GTS, then yes, it is legitimate.
 
What does it mean if a pokemon is hacked can someone please explain thanks.
 
When someone says that a Pokémon is "hacked", it means it was either created using illegal devices or programs (Action Replay, PokéSAV), or was modified in an illegal way with said devices (such as having an impossible ability, moves from a game it can't be found in [like Lucario and the Emerald punches, but now it can have them because of Platinum], reaching impossible stats, like 999), or similar stuff. But that's not always the case. There are some hacked Pokémon that look perfectly legit to the naked eye, of course, that are also hacked.

Yes, that is the Toys-R-Us Shaymin that was given out during a week in February.
 
To expand, the reason it's Dex number is ??? is because you don't have the National Dex. Once you get the National Dex, it'll change to 492.
 
Hi there, just wondering for those of you who have Platinum what Dialga should say if caught on that game? I got a Shiny one off the GTS the other day that said it was caught at Lv. 70 at Spear Pilar. Is this right?
 
I do not have platinum yet but i researched a little and dialga is caught in level 70 at the spear pillar in the game....

Looks completely legit. The only thing that could make it a hack if it doesn't have the Classic Ribbon on it though.
 
What color is the OT? Also, what is the ID no.? and what nature does it have?
It seems legit so far, these are just to make sure it is.

BTW, why buy it off ebay? I'm sure someone here would be more than happy to trade you one.

By the way, most people selling Pokémon on eBay actually hack the Pokémon in the first place. Just warning you; I wouldn't trust it if I were you.
