Well, gamewise, I'd say Weavile. It's ice and Dark. O_o But... actual-wise (XD) I'd think... either Dark Lugia or Mewtwo.

Well, I think Latios and Latias with Lugia will be perfect for battling, for they look extremely almost the same.
