Same here. But most Touhou themes turn out pretty, so yeah XD Though a Higurashi or Umineko one might turn out nicely.

And actually... The tag/banner seems to be 402x302. Even with a small increase over the max. height limit, well... ^^'

Actually, sometimes when I create something on MS Paint (this is usually me just resizing whatever), it'll say a certain size and then later on say it's, like, one pixel less or something ._.

Idk. Like I said earlier, I fail with graphics XD

Like I said, I don't care what you use. Anime images featuring girls tend to have colors easier on the eyes and are more abundant anyways. And I like my themes to not make people blind (especially not me, since I have to see it every time I post).
