If its not mentioned, there is no restriction like that on it. But if you want, it can only evolve 1. time at S.S. Anne. For the 2. evolution you have to buy a Leaf Stone in the department store and toss it (As if you use it on it :P)

Take a Koffing which has to be called danie-cool, it can only evolve after solo-beating Kogas Weezing and it has to have Selfdestruct or Explosion.

My team:

- Vulpix can't evolve until beaten Blaine
- Squirtle can only evolve after it learns Bite and after it learns Skull Bash
- Mankey can only evolve after beating the Fighting Dojo Master
- Porygon it's a restriction itself
- Clefairy can only know TM/Move Tutor Moves

Update 1

- Called me Danie...... and my rival Old Man
- Played the NES (The Legend of Zelda)
- A weird oak tree gave me a Squrtle and I called it BiteBasher
- the old man got a bulbasaur
- Bulbasaur was easily defeated
- Delivered a parcel to Prof oak (am I a postman?)
- Caught FightMastr
- Grinded my pokés to lv 10
- I'm in Pewter now

I'll give you a Poliwag named Agyei who can only evolve after sweeping a team (3 or more pokemon) after it used belly drum, and then, you can't evolve the Poliwhirl unless it swept a team (4 or more pokemon) with only using Hydro Pump.

I hope it isn't too complicated :P

teach it fly and then let the move deleter delete your other moves, as simple as that :D

I shall give you a larvitar named Timmy. You can evolve it the first time whenever you want too, but you have to beat the last gym before the e4 to evolve it to Tyranitar. It can't know Earthquake, Crunch or Rock slide until it's a Tyranitar and must know sandstorm as long as it's a Larvitar or Pupitar.

• Marill/Azumarill – must have Huge Power ability; must know Defense Curl, Rollout at all times
• Larvitar (Timmy) – can evolve once; must have +Speed nature; can't know Earthquake, Crunch, Rock Slide; must know Sandstorm; can only use Sandstorm against rival
• Poochyena – can't evolve; can only learn HMs; can only be 5 levels under lowest-level Pokémon

o.0 Timmy sure has a lot of stipulations.

You get a Gastly named Clyde (heheh...Pacman...). Can evolve to Haunter but not Gengar. None of it's moves can share types (so only one ghost type... muhuhahahaaa :P )
