@ingcoliptis: Unevolvable Caterpie's are not allowed.

@Jolteon: You can have Stunky, his name must be Ninko if it is a Boy, and Kimiko if it is a girl. It is a ninja in-training, it loves ninjustu, so you must have at least 2 non-attacking moves at all times. When it is a Stunky it must solo each gym leader, if it fails to solo the gym leader, it may not evolve. To evolve it you must sucessfully solo one gym leader.

@chaos11011 how about a Driftloon, no learning TM/HM or Egg Moves, Have the Unburden Ability, and never hold an item. It's bulimic, so it must know the moves Stockpile and Spitup, but CANNOT learn or use Swallow. Regardless of Gender, he/she shall be Bulma

@Malstromk: Get a Paras and named it "1-Up" it cannot get Spore, unless you solo your Rival once. It can only evolve if you solo one of Koga's pokemon without Dig. If you evolve it, it must have Leech Life at all times.
