Faerydae wonders if anything here is real. That maybe this world is imaginary, and is a way to cope with the horrifying truth. She then decides she really needs to go to sleep, cuz her thoughts are getting weird.

Gabri replies saying that Winter says that because she can't picture herself living Gabri's good physicist life. He cringes inwardly as he says this.

Winter does not want to live a physicist's life be it good or bad.

Faerydae comes in, opens some windows to the outside, and turns into a giant bird. She then flaps her wings so much all the dust goes out the window and leaves the thread. Faerydae then turns back into a human and sit down on a couch.

Gabri asks Faerydae what extraterrestrial race she is, as he has never seen anyone capable of transforming into a bird.

Gabri turns to Winter and shouts "I don't remember asking you a goddamn thing!". He then asks Faerydae "You were saying?" while still looking at Winter with a threatening look.

Winter advises Faerydae to ignore the child with extremely special issues in the room, side-glancing Gabri.

Faerydae suddenly realized there's something in her pocket. She checks, and it turns out to be a glowing stone with a bird drawn on it.
"Well, that explains it- wait, how did that end up in my pocket?!"

Nero asks how Faerydae is so comfortable with her powers already when she's only just now discovered the stone in her pocket.

Chemist Wooper rids Winter of her evil.

Winter drinks tea as well, using Chemist Wooper's frozen body as a chair.
