Actually true, since I never owned a real Pokémon game, I just play on emulators. But I have played Pokémon Feuerrote Edition, just to see what a German Pokémon game would be like.

False. I used it on some legendaries long time ago. But I use it regularly on the shiny pokemon when I chain.
Emerald + Masterball + cloning + Palpark = WIN
