I'll create a special tablet I call "PikaPower" that, after swallowed by any living thing, will develop Pikachu characteristics in 5 seconds. (imagines an entire city populated by

World Domination sounds cool, everyone should try it. Bad Pikachu, we just should create "Bad Pikachus" , that exactly look like the ones in your siggy, then spread them over the world, and ... BAM! WORLD DOMINATION!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Hmm, good idea.
*modifies pikapower tablet formula and it becomes bad pikapower*
Now it'll turn other lifeforms into Pikachus, but bad, evil bloodthirsty ones...hehehe...
*puts away formula takes a bomb full of evil pikachu gas*
If any pikachus breathe this gas, they will turn evil and be at my command!!!
(if that was all a movie, it would be called-
Attack of the Pikachus!!!)

I say blue with silver cheeks, the pointy part of the ears silver, the 2 lines on his back silver, and the upper part of his tail... silver too.... WOAH! x_X
