When polkop updates the results of the challenge the winner of a challenge always goes up. unless the higher ranked person challenged the lower ranked person and won. the higher ranked person in THAT case won't rank up for victory. in this case it wouldn't matter i don't think as the lower ranked was the victor. so iirc Fear Akuma will recieve 1 Lap and +1 rankup.

but don't take that as biblical i'm just translating what i can read in latin :)
