I don't think it matters which server as long as the battle is done properly and if possible saved for polkop to review in case there is a match in question as to winner loser.

Hey Polkop am I allowed to place an OPEN challenge to anyone who would accept? I was just thinking of ways to increase activity and since i'm heavily active during the weekdays this might give some of the active people who are lower a chance to climb the ranks without waiting for some of the less active 2-3 day matchs to occur.

let me know where you stand on it when you get a chance i check this thread at least once a day but if you want you can also vm me.

The server you use don't matter, as long as you battle :)
