I think I already had it hidden but somehow people still get it. XD, at least I dont get spammed in my main account.
I have alternative emails clogged full of spam which I cant remember the passwords to XD

I dont know... that's why I killed those accounts. It had like over 1000 spam per day which was so annoying. I dont sign up for stuff... not usually.

Actually that depends on how you installed your OS. Mine was installed in Mandarin so I had to go around changing all the stuff I wanted into English so I could understand it.
