It's actually kind of funny to see him sign on sometimes even though he is banned. I don't get how you go from being in the second highest usergroup on PC to being banned.

Nope, don't even try, it won't happen. We aren't bending the rules for an individual, since we'd have to do it for others as well.

I realize you won't do it for an individual, thus it won't be that easy...

If enough members PM, there will probably be a discussion in the staff forum on it. I don't really know how to help out from there. Guess I just gotta talk to more and more staff members and see if they agree before trying to get Dakota unbanned.

But seriously, there are probably a lot of people who'd support his ban lift.

If we won't do it for one person, we won't do it for another. He's not getting unbanned. He went through standard warning/banning procedures finally resulting in a permanent ban. I'm getting sick of this "I've been here a long time, I know what's best, and I'm better than the staff." crap. We gave Dakota the same treatment any other member would get.

And if this keeps up, I'm locking the DCC for a cooldown period.

He hasn't been banned nearly long enough for ny of us to even think about changing our minds. But, if you feel the need to try you can.

You can honestly go ahead, but you won't rally enough staff members to get the ban lifted. It doesn't matter how many people you get supporting it if they don't control bans.

Now, get off the topic and change it to something else, please.

I understand if you guys personally haven't forgiven him yet. It's alright. XD; I don't feel a need yet either.

Btw Morkula, we're just discussing some ideas here. Is something wrong? o_o;

In not so much the same words, I'd agree with that. It wouldn't be fair if Dakota's actions were remedied because he was popular amongst the members of the forum. Just because members feel his ban should be lifted isn't a good enough reason for actually doing so in my book.
