Yes, it did, and they wouldn't stop it. The post count thing got ridiculous, so it was the only way to kill the issue.

Ryan actually had his post count reset twice, IIRC. Once before he was banned the first time, and then once before he was banned again.

EDIT: Kylie, nah it wasn't Jorge. Ryan and Jorge disliked each other by that point. I think it was Jorge that reset his post count.
